GRAVIHEL Armorskin - available in black and toned version in matt and semi-gloss finishes - Provide tone in order details in checkout (i.e. BMW A08, RAL 7016, NCS S9000-n, etc.).Two-component single-layer structure coating. Protects surfaces with extreme weather, chemical, UV, and mechanical resistance. Perfect for industrial use requiring high durability. Finishes: Available in semi-gloss and matt. Uses: Protects construction and agricultural machinery, rail vehicles, steel structures, passenger cars, coating for outdoor vehicles, SUVs, and commercial vehicles (vans, trucks, campers). Kit size: 750ml package plus toner, with a 150ml hardener (1:5 mixing ratio). Surface preparation Iron and Steel: Sand with P280 to P600; Clean and degrease. Zinc (Galvanized Steel): Sand with P280 to P600; Clean and degrease. Aluminum: Sand with P280 to P600; Clean and degrease. Wood: Sand with P280 to P600 grit paper, then degrease. Plastic: Sand with P600 grit paper, then degrease. Application instructions Spray gun nozzle: 1.5 – 1.8 mm Air pressure: 2 – 3 bar Number of layers: 2-3 coats (more if not evenly covered) Final thickness: 100 µm Leave on surface between coats: 15 minutes flash-off time at 20°C Drying times Drying Stage Object Temperature at 20°C Object Temperature at 60°C Powder dry 30 minutes — Dry to touch 5 hours — Dry to assembly 8 – 10 hours 30 minutes + 1 hour at 20°C Through dry 24 hours 30 minutes + 3 hours at 20°C
