Description
MIPA Rostversiegelung (Corrosion sealer) is designed to stop corrosion. It is applied to a metal surface that has mechanically been cleaned, visible rust has been removed. Available in 100 ml and 750 ml met cans. It acts as a moisture expeller and insulator, pulling moisture out of the deeper layers through a chemical reaction and "preserving" the surface, thus stopping further corrosion of the metal (also on zinc). After drying, the treated surfaces are suitable for priming.
If not using entire package, add the amount planned to be used in a different cup, so the entirety of product doesn't react with rust particles.
