Select "Other" at checkout and add your car's registration number (XX-1234) to the order notes. We'll look it up in the database (Latvian clients). When ordering tri-coat color code, order additional spray paint can for effect layer.  How much paint do you need? One spray can covers approximately 1 m² (about one car door, one wing/fender, or one sill). As a rough guide: Door, wing/fender, sill: 1 spray can each Front or rear bumper, boot/trunk lid: 2 spray cans each Full roof or full bonnet/hood: 3 spray cans Coverage varies depending on the actual car size & tone of paint. Treat these numbers as estimates. If painting larger parts, you will need additional small spray kits (paint and clearcoat).  Spray paint application: key tips Environment you'll need A dust-free work area Temperature of at least 15°C (59°F) Good lighting Roughly 4 hours of free time up to a full day, depending on the condition of the part PPE safety (respirator & gloves) Tips and tricks Sand in a cross pattern: two strokes up and down, then two strokes left and right, and repeat. Avoid sanding in only one direction; this prevents deep grooves from forming. Matte (scuff) and degrease the surface during preparation, even when it only needs repainting (no sanding or filling) and is already in good condition. Place aerosol cans in water at about 50°C (122°F) before use to increase the pressure inside the can. This produces a more even, higher-quality spray. Do not put in hotter water, as the increase in pressure can cause issues to the aerosol! Start spraying just off the edge of the part, then move the spray onto the surface without releasing the trigger. The first burst of pressure from any aerosol spits out droplets rather than an even mist. Shake every aerosol can for 3–5 minutes before use. Read the instructions on your specific clearcoat, primer, rust converter, and paint before use. Drying times vary by product. Prime only the damaged area where possible. Apply paint slightly beyond that area, but clearcoat the entire part/panel to avoid a visible line where the clearcoat starts and stops. If not possible, you will need to sand with p3000 and polish the faded part of clearcoat. Distances and timing (verify against your specific product; this varies by manufacturer) Rust converter: 25–30cm from the part, 3–6h between coats (depending on the product), 2–3 coats. 24h cure recommended after the final coat. Primer: 25–30cm from the part, 15 min between coats, 2–3 coats (until evenly covered). 1h after the final coat. Paint: 25–30cm from the part, 15 min between coats, 2–3 coats (until evenly covered). 1h after the final coat. Clearcoat: 15–20cm from the part, 15 min between coats, 2–3 coats (until an even, glossy finish; avoid overspraying, which causes drips/runs). Safe to drive after 12 hours of last coat. Should wait 1 week at 15°C (59°F) to polishing / washing. Fully dried after 1-2 weeks.  Full guide on spray paint fixing here.

How to find your Cupra paint code On most Cupras the paint code is on a white vehicle data sticker in the boot - lift the boot floor and check the spare wheel well or under the boot mat. Look for the line marked "PAINT NO.", where the code starts with L, for example "LS7H" or "LS9R" (the shorter codes, such as "S7S7" or "2Y", mean the same colour). The same sticker is usually printed in the front of the service book. If you can't find either, a Cupra dealer can look the code up from your VIN. Can't find it? Call Cupra dealer center service/parts department, ask for color code & provide VIN. Still can't figure it out? Select "Other" at checkout and add your car's registration number (XX-1234) to the order notes. We'll look it up in the database (Latvian clients). How much paint do you need? One spray can covers approximately 1 m² (about one car door, one wing/fender, or one sill). Sanding in only one direction leaves deep grooves. Matte (scuff) and degrease the surface, even if it only needs repainting and is already in good condition. Shake every aerosol can for 3–5 minutes before use. Warm the cans in water at about 50°C (122°F) before use. This raises the pressure inside the can and gives a finer, more even spray. Never use water hotter than 50°C, because the can could burst. Start spraying just off the edge of the part, then move onto the surface without releasing the trigger. The first burst from any aerosol spits droplets instead of an even mist. Prime only the damaged area where possible and apply paint slightly beyond it, but clearcoat the entire part/panel so no clearcoat edge is visible. If that's not possible, sand the clearcoat edge with P3000 and polish it. Read the instructions on each product (rust converter, primer, paint, clearcoat) before use. Drying times vary by product. Your code isn't in the list? Order "Other". If it's a tri-coat color, you also need to order one additional spray can for the effect layer. How to find your Dacia paint code On most Dacias the paint code is on a sticker in the driver's side door jamb - open the driver's door and look at the pillar where the door latches. The paint code is three characters long, for example "KNA" or "RQH". On some stickers it is printed as five characters with a prefix ("TE", "OV" or "NV"), such as "TEKNA" - in that case the paint code is the last three characters. On some models the sticker is under the bonnet or in the boot instead. Can't find it? Call Dacia dealer center service/parts department, ask for color code & provide VIN. Still can't figure it out? Select "Other" at checkout and add your car's registration number (XX-1234) to the order notes. We'll look it up in the database (Latvian clients). How much paint do you need? One spray can covers approximately 1 m² (about one car door, one wing/fender, or one sill).

Your code isn't in the list? Order "Other". If it's a tri-coat color, you also need to order one additional spray can for the effect layer. How to find your Hyundai paint code On most Hyundais the paint code is on a sticker in the driver's side door jamb - open the driver's door and look at the pillar or the area around the door hinges for a white or silver label. The paint code is 2 or 3 characters long and is printed next to the word "COLOR" or "PAINT", for example "MZH" or "PSW". On some models (for example Tucson and Santa Fe) the sticker is lower down in the door opening, and on some older models it is in the engine bay on the firewall or near the strut tower. Can't find it? Call Hyundai dealer center service/parts department, ask for color code & provide VIN. Still can't figure it out? Select "Other" at checkout and add your car's registration number (XX-1234) to the order notes. We'll look it up in the database (Latvian clients). How much paint do you need? One spray can covers approximately 1 m² (about one car door, one wing/fender, or one sill).

Your code isn't in the list? Order "Other". If it's a tri-coat color, you also need to order one additional spray can for the effect layer. How to find your Lexus paint code On most Lexuses the paint code is on the vehicle identification sticker in the driver's side door jamb - open the driver's door and look for the row marked "C/TR". The paint code is the three characters right after "C/", for example "C/TR 212 FA20" means the paint code is "212" (the second code is the interior trim). If the sticker is missing, check the driver's side B-pillar or the radiator support under the bonnet. Can't find it? Call Lexus dealer center service/parts department, ask for color code & provide VIN. Still can't figure it out? Select "Other" at checkout and add your car's registration number (XX-1234) to the order notes. We'll look it up in the database (Latvian clients). How much paint do you need? One spray can covers approximately 1 m² (about one car door, one wing/fender, or one sill).

Your code isn't in the list? Order "Other". If it's a tri-coat color, you also need to order one additional spray can for the effect layer. How to find your Mazda paint code On most Mazdas the paint code is on the body color sticker in the driver's side door jamb - open the driver's door and look for the label marked "COLOR". The paint code is two or three characters long, for example "46V" or "SU". On the Mazda3 and MX-5 it is on the door edge near the hinge, and if the sticker is missing, check the driver's side B-pillar or the radiator support under the bonnet. Can't find it? Call Mazda dealer center service/parts department, ask for color code & provide VIN. Still can't figure it out? Select "Other" at checkout and add your car's registration number (XX-1234) to the order notes. We'll look it up in the database (Latvian clients). How much paint do you need? One spray can covers approximately 1 m² (about one car door, one wing/fender, or one sill).

How to find your Mercedes paint code On most Mercedes the paint code is in the driver's side door jamb - open the driver's door and look for a small sticker or plate. The paint code is a three-digit number. On older models it is on the data plate above the radiator, on the radiator support, or on the inner wing in the engine bay. Can't find it? Call Mercedes dealer center service/parts department, ask for color code & provide VIN. Some Mercedes paint codes can be found in online VIN decoders like mbdecoder.com. Still can't figure it out? Select "Other" at checkout and add your car's registration number (XX-1234) to the order notes. We'll look it up in the database (Latvian clients). When ordering unlisted tri-coat color code, order additional spray paint can for effect layer. Your code isn't in the list? Order "Other". When ordering tri-coat color code, order additional spray paint can for effect layer. How to find your Nissan paint code On most Nissans the paint code is on a sticker in the driver's side door jamb - open the driver's door and look at the pillar where the door latches. The paint code is three characters long and is printed under the word "COLOR", for example "KH3" or "QAB". On some models (for example Qashqai and Micra) the sticker is on the passenger side instead, and on some older models it is under the bonnet. Can't find it? Call Nissan dealer center service/parts department, ask for color code & provide VIN. Still can't figure it out? Select "Other" at checkout and add your car's registration number (XX-1234) to the order notes. We'll look it up in the database (Latvian clients).

Your code isn't in the list? Order "Other". If it's a tri-coat color, you also need to order one additional spray can for the effect layer. How to find your Porsche paint code On most Porsches the paint code is on a vehicle data label in the boot - on the 911, 718, Boxster and Cayman check the front boot (frunk), on the floor or under the edge of the lining, where the code is listed next to "Lack" or "Farbe". The code is usually written in the L-form, for example "LM9A" or "L041", often alongside a shorter code such as "3H". The same label is usually printed in the service booklet, and on newer models, the Cayenne and the Macan the sticker is in the driver's side door jamb. If you can't find it, a Porsche dealer can look the code up from your VIN. Can't find it? Call Porsche dealer center service/parts department, ask for color code & provide VIN. Still can't figure it out? Select "Other" at checkout and add your car's registration number (XX-1234) to the order notes. We'll look it up in the database (Latvian clients). How much paint do you need? One spray can covers approximately 1 m² (about one car door, one wing/fender, or one sill).

How to find your Renault paint code On most Renaults the paint code is on a sticker in the driver's side door jamb - open the driver's door and look at the pillar where the door latches. The code is usually printed inside an oval and is five characters long, such as "TED69" or "OV369": the paint code is the last three characters ("D69", "369"). On some models the sticker is on the passenger side or in the engine bay instead. Can't find it? Call Renault dealer center service/parts department, ask for color code & provide VIN. Still can't figure it out? Select "Other" at checkout and add your car's registration number (XX-1234) to the order notes. We'll look it up in the database (Latvian clients). Your code isn't in the list? Order "Other". When ordering tri-coat color code, order additional spray paint can for effect layer. How to find your Skoda paint code On most Skodas the paint code is on a white sticker in the boot - lift the boot floor and check the spare wheel well or under the boot mat. It is listed alongside other vehicle data. On newer models it is instead printed on a sticker in the service book or owner's manual. Can't find it? Call Skoda dealer center service/parts department, ask for color code & provide VIN. Still can't figure it out? Select "Other" at checkout and add your car's registration number (XX-1234) to the order notes. We'll look it up in the database (Latvian clients).
