Chamaleon Rust Converter and Primer in a spray can, spray volume 400ml. It is a epoxy-resin based anti-rust agent which chemically neutralizes rust and forms a primer layer for further treatment. Before use, it is advisable to mechanically clean the rust with a wire brush. Touch dry after 12 hours of drying, apply the next layer after 24 hours of drying at a minimum temperature of 15 degrees in a room with a humidity concentration of less than 65 percent. MIPA Rostversiegelung (Corrosion sealer) is designed to stop corrosion. It is applied to a metal surface that has mechanically been cleaned, visible rust has been removed. Available in 100 ml and 750 ml met cans. It acts as a moisture expeller and insulator, pulling moisture out of the deeper layers through a chemical reaction and "preserving" the surface, thus stopping further corrosion of the metal (also on zinc). After drying, the treated surfaces are suitable for priming. If not using entire package, add the amount planned to be used in a different cup, so the entirety of product doesn't react with rust particles.

RADEX Rust Stop is a rust converter that performs the functions of a primer. Small 50ml package has a brush included, 250ml plastic bottle, 1l metal can. Radex rust stop application If not used entirely in one go, then use a different brush and different bottle, so the entirety of the product does not react to rust particles. The product should be applied to a sanded and mechanically cleaned metal surface with a brush to neutralize the deeper rust pores, and to avoid "rust bubbles". After 3 hours at 20 C, it forms a durable black matte coating, which can be further processed with the necessary materials (putty, other primer, or directly paint). Mercasol 1 is a thin, solvent-based, easy-to-spray anti-corrosion liquid based on wax, sulfonate and oil for internal surfaces (sills, door frames, etc.). 600ml total volume spray can and 1l net volume bottle for use with anti-gravel gun. The product has very good anti-corrosion properties for a long time if the surface is prepared correctly. The wax dries to a brown, oily, moisture-repellent coating. Mercasol 1 has been tested for compatibility with the most common anti-corrosion protection systems on the market. Mercasol 1 is intended for the protection of vehicle cavities, flanges and joints against corrosion. Mercasol 1 can also be used as a primer on exposed surfaces in combination with Mercasol 3 and 3AL underbody corrosion protection products. Mercasol 1 application guide The surfaces to be treated must be dry and free of rust, dirt, salt and oil. The 1 liter bottle of Mercasol 1 is primarily intended for use with a compressed air gun. Mercasol 1 aerosol is applied with the nozzles provided in the package. Application should be carried out indoors at a temperature of +15 to +25°C. Drying time depends on temperature and humidity, at +23°C and 50% RH, drying time is approx. 8 h. BRUNOX EPOXY is an epoxy-based anti-corrosion agent (rust neutralizer and epoxy primer in one product). When applied, it reacts and forms a black, durable coating. This coating provides long-term anti-corrosion protection for metal, and thanks to the epoxy components contained a primer layer. Brunox anti-rust agent application process The product is applied to a mechanically cleaned and degreased metal surface in 2-3 layers (Suggested drying time between layers- 6h). After 6 hour (+/- depending on the thickness of the applied layer and the temperature and humidity) the first layer can be sanded and removed, and the next layer can be applied. After 24 hours it can be repainted / the next layer of primer applied. The drying process can be accelerated by heating lamps. If necessary, a filling primer (filler) can be applied on Brunox Epoxy, then putty and paint.  You should not apply Brunox on etch primer as Brunox is acidic and the other is alkaline. It is not recommended to apply putty on Brunox Epoxy without prior treatment due to poor adhesion.
